Ecology And Environment

The Biovet AD production facilities are in an area with a clean environment, which is why its protection is a top priority. The company makes every effort to protect the environment, pursuing its goal of limiting the impact of activities, processes, and products on the environment through sustainable development. As a tool for achieving this goal, Biovet has developed and implemented an environmental management system in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 14001: 2004.

This system is integrated with our quality management system, adhering to ISO 9001: 2000. At the end of 2004, in accordance with the legal requirements, Biovet prepared the necessary documents. As a result, in March 2005 it received a Permit for Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control from the Ministry of Environment and Water (MoEW) in Bulgaria.
